Slept close to midnight last night due to driving then some good time online (: Was a little tired, considering I had to wake up at 6am again, after about 4 days of hitting 9-10 hours of sleep.
I was rudely awaken at 3am. Felt some violent movement beside me - my brother getting out of bed, or rather, off the mattress - followed by my mother's shouts. The argument that followed went something like this:
Mum: What the hell are you doing on the phone at 3am?! (this is how I knew it was 3am!)
Jeremy: I can't sleep!
(I interrupt to ask: What the hell is happening?)
Mum: Why can't you sleep?! Who are you messaging at 3am?!
Jeremy: I always can't sleep. It's no big deal!
Mum: Why is your girlfriend not asleep?!
Jeremy: Don't you know I have imsomnia?! She can't sleep too!
Mum: Maybe you should both break up, then both of you can sleep!
Argh. Ridiculous! Ruin my beauty sleep la.
Once again, at approximately 7am, my mum strolls into the room singing my name very loudly, trying to get me to wake up and go to work. NO! I refused to open my eyes. No work for me please! She attempted to use Xiao Di and Kor as bait, saying that they were going to meet her regarding the job in China, and that I would be able to meet them too. Yeah right... I already met both of them on Tuesday lor. Had a chat with Weijun and waved to Xiao Diiii as he cycled into PY2 and as I was driving out to see the Feng Shui Master. SMSed Xiao Di to tell him what my mum tried to do and he said that I was so bad, cos I was too lazy to see them. Should use scandal as bait, he said. Haha. Anyway, dinner tomorrow please! Getting bored at home! )))):
Just finished my workout about half an hour ago. Thought I started at 3pm, but as I look at the time now, it's 1735. I can't possibly have worked out for 2 hours! Hmmm, curious!
Was a little full after my scrambled eggs and toast, so was a little slow on the cross trainer.
5 minutes stretching
40 minutes on cross trainer
2 sets vertical leg crunches, 15 reps
That thing that makes my ass burn like hell, but feels so good. No idea what it's called. But it works! This time, had my shoes on while doing it, so the added weight really made it so much more shiok in the end. NICE! :D
Did a little plyometric training (had to torture myself more!):
Split squat jumps (or something similar. Used to do it for circuit training back during my Fencing days!)
Basketball jumps. Only managed 1 set of 20 for this. Freaking sore now!
Cool down.
I don't think this takes 2 hours. Haha. Really tired now. Will have to sleep slightly earlier again tonight! Tomorrow is rest day for me too! Resting up for Friday's training and Saturday's "long march". Like Mao Ze Dong's, right? Hmmm. The Chinese Communist Party and the Kuomintang? Ah something like that. Shall Wiki it later! And History used to be one of my best subjects! Haha. It's been too long!

Breakfast:
1 bowl nestum
1 glass milk
Lunch:
Scrambled egg and cheese with high protein multi grain bread!
1 cup ice cold barley drink + seeds (weather is HOT today!)
Post-workout
1 cup oat milk
1 orange
Dinner
Steamed tofu with prawns and mushroom
Bean sprouts with even more tofu!
Chicken breast
1 glass freshly squeezed orange juice
1 cup green tea
Indulgence of the day!
1 piece tau sar bun! (LOVE LOVE LOVE TAU SAR! Really love tau sar)
Probably will take a 1 or 2 pieces of chocolate, preferably the dark kind, LATER!
Anyway, some people might remember my love affair with sweet potatoes. I have a craving for them again! Will get Aunty Jasmin to get some from the market tomorrow!
Did you know that they are really good for you? Lots of vitamins, high in antioxidants, promotes a healthy digestive tract, is high in potassium - meaning it prevents muscle cramps and reduces stress levels. Yummy! Shall have it for a snack, along with some nuts and dried fruits! Haha. Getting hungry just thinking about it!
Your heart just breaks, that's all. But you can't judge, or point fingers. You just have to be lucky enough to find someone who appreciates you.
