Yesterday marked the end of Orientation 2. It was fun reuniting with Daimyo after splitting up into our classes. These are the people who made me love AC because it showed that AC is not like what it is known as. So to all ppl who stereotype ACsians, you are wrong. Eat that!
I gotta admit that I wasnt too fond of the idea of new OG friends and was afraid that they might feel a bit left out. But they turned out to be really nice ppl and I think we'll all get along just fine. =)
So, O2 was great. Although Nicole is no longer our OGL, I will always remember her and I really appreciate all the hard work she put into orientation 1, into making it a great time for all of us. Thank you. Also not forgetting Amanda and DeYong, they are really amazing OGLs. Thanks for being patient with us and for making us love AC. I know there were times when we really pissed and frustrated you guys - and we are sorry - but still you never gave up hope on us. I would also like to thank all my friends for making me have all the fun in the world, sharing all the laughter and all the pain (plus mud, starch etc), making everyday in AC a significant one and making all the difference in my life.

Ok. This is getting a little too emo for my liking. And it sounds like I'm never gonna see my friends ever again. So... This orientation was as fun if not more fun the the first, though it felt significantly shorter. On the first day, we played "whacko" and some "lonely husband/wife" game where we were supposed to catch our "husband/wife" from running to another woman/man. Ppl mistook my lightning fast reflexes with being a very good "wife". Then we made fun of Kenny being a bad husband because his "wives" kept running to the other man. Then, it was mass rally. I noticed one thing once again. Kyojin members are not morning ppl. We cannot and do not cheer at 8 in the morning. So we always get called last as we're always the softest. However, after a day under the hot sun playing games and accompanied by sunburns, we're really hot like wasabi. =) I also think that all clans have something against Kyojin. Maybe because we have the coolest clan tee or maybe cos we're simply cool! Like so AWESOME!!! Haha.
We played the army crawl game where we had to crawl in the mud while the other OGLs threw mud at us. And guess what?! I got injured. I think it was a rock or some other sharp thing in the mud that cut my knee and left me bleeding. We were all tied to our partners and so I sort of got dragged in the mud by Darrell. Haha. After that I noticed something red among all the mud. Then I had to go to the first aiders but Kenny had tied Darrell and I together so tight we couldnt untie ourselves and Darrell and to squeeze his hand our of the rafia, leaving red marks on our wrists. I know Darrell feels bad about it cos he keeps apologising. You're forgiven Darrell, although I didnt even blame you in the first place. Then there was the "Mojomomo incident", but I shall not elaborate.
Because I was injured I couldnt play many games that involved getting dirty or wet. I could also avoid the forfeits but what fun would that be?! I was so sad like T.T
On day 2, we played yet more games and we enjoyed the tug-of-war the best. But i think we got a bit too arrogant after the first time as we won a too easily. The second time we played against Taiko we lost and i slipped on the starch, falling on my ass and having starch all over my shorts. Crap! Lesson learned: There's a difference between confidence and arrogance. Warning! Dont be arrogant. (DUH!) In the afternoon we went for the OG outing to Swensons at Holland V. I ate the same thing again (refer to previous post). Yummy. 49ers and sticky chewy yummy sinful chocolate =) Heaven.
Campfire: We polluted the environment -which Im not happy about- for a while then it started raining. Thank you god! So we shifted to the hall. The campfire was about the same as the first campfire. Nonetheless, it was still great fun. Lots of singing, cheering, playing games, dancing and running around in the hall like lunatics. This was a big cause of worry. To know why, please recall the "particle collision theory".
We had earlier planned a OG supper. Once again, it didnt happen. So poor Darrell, with his gastric, had noone to eat with. But thankfully his other friends were going out. Meanwhile, I went home with Peiyi and I viewed her pics of the orientation. Nice pics. And videos! Especially... HAHAHA.
Went home, bathed, smsed, brushed teeth, slept.

Does QED really stand for 'quite easily done'? Mr Math tutor, I think its Mr Tan or something, told us that and I was like "Haha.... Serious?!" Oh well. I shall describe my OG outing now...

We went to PS, which is so far away from my place, but sacrifice... Man, i'm really selfless. We ate at Swensons and there was 9 minutes left before the end of the happy hour shit. So we ordered all the awesome stuff. Btw, alex eats damnn fast. I was hardly half way done when he finished everything except his vegetables. And JiaYi put pepper into my coleslaw just because i said i liked pepper. Then she put cheese and who knows what else into alex's coleslaw. So gross... After that we went to some weird shop to buy our favourite OGL a gift. As his birthday is not here yet, i shall not reveal what's behind door number 1.....
Speaking of my favourite OGL... he's a bit nuts. He kept staring at me with his stone face then suddenly flashed a big smile at me. Woah, creepy dude.

Today, I had mass PE and i was the only girl in my class who didn't 'pon'. BLOODY SLACKERS! HAHA. It was the toughest one so far. So much jumping and running and stupid leg raising thingy, made my legs like jelly. When we had to run our last round i think everyone was gonna collapse any moment. And when i told Darrell that i felt like puking he said "There's a drain there." LOL. No empathy. Oh well, at least Daren/ Darren/ Darrren/ Steven helped to carry my shoe bag around today. Thanks for that, but not for saying my shoes stink although I know it does, I didnt ask you to get a whiff of the aroma.

Woohoo! Staying in AC. However, my good friend JIAWEI doesnt wanna appeal into AC. Idiot. Haha. He will be wasting his intelligence and will not be maximising his potential. tsktsk. Disappointment. Dumbdumb. To Andrea, I love u worxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxX. Always here for you no matter what happens. =)

Day of fun and sunburns

Hey hey. I went to Sentosa today with the p2 gang. Yay so fun! I met LeTing and Peiyi on the train. I had already planted my behind on the seat when I received a call from LeTing.
Me: Hello?
LeTing: Look to your left.
Me: Huh. (look to left. objects identified) Walau... (unplanted my behind to sit beside friends)
At Yew Tee, LeTing and Peiyi informed me that they were getting off at cck to wait for ZY. It was already late. But still, being such a wonderful person, I got off too. ZY, you have very good timing. You came just as the 2nd train left and we had to wait another 8 minutes for the next one. So we hopped onto the train. Off to JE. Met the class there. Hopped onto another train to Harbourfront.....
Palawan Beach. Found an empty spot. Yay finally suntanned. Sunburn on my back too.
Highlight of the day- or rather the most interesting: Jiawei got burried in the sand and hongwei and the other guys decided to make him a "he-she". With a "female chest" and a male's ahem ahem. I took a few pics, Peiyi (likes MOMO) recorded a video of them making "it" bigger. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When we wanted to go eat, my brother asked me to go home cos the "big meanie" is home, he said. Crap. Long journey home. My mummy scolded me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then when I got home and made funny faces and weird actions when my muumy "scolded" me. So she started laughing then that's it. I always get away with it. MUAHAHAHA.

CROSS COUNTRY

My og had decided about a month ago that we would train every Tuesday and Thursday for this extremely awesome school event. Yes, we trained really hard. ;)
Being the fantastic runner that I am, I decided I'd follow Andrea and JiaYi (my fellow fantastic runners). And so we ran. *huff puff*. After 8 minutes, I lost both of them. Wow! How awesome am I?! Andrea and JiaYi, no offence, like obviously ;)
Oh well, I managed to get a couple of points for Thoburn. All 3 of us did. Not sure about the slackers who were walking all 3.5km. You know who you are :) And hey DeYong, don't be disappointed with your '202'. You're still the most awesome OGL no matter how slow you may be. Hooray for Kenny Yap, so fast eh? Proud to have such a fast runner in the OG. Haha.
For dinner, we went to Botak Jones(yummy!) and ate like pigs. I asked for extra fries although advised otherwise by the 'Botak' people. Then I couldn't finish it. Dammit. But Canida was like eating my leftover fries and JiaYi and Alicia attempted to hide their unfinished food under tartar sauce and coleslaw. Hmmm... Classic.
End of day.

VALENTINE'S DAY

Contrary to popular belief, I did not have a date with anyone other than my OG friends ok!!! Don't be so skeptical. I speak the truth.
The school was transformed into a pink and red hell. Balloons everywhere! All ready to go 'POP!' any second when you least expect. And when it does the girls - and some guys- go AHHHHH!!!!
Love was in the air. heh.... *wink*
We ponned chinese. *wink + giggle* sorry PSH
I watched "Jumper". *yawn*
I went home to sleep. *silence*
I had sinus 'attack' in the middle of the night. *atchoo!!!!!!*

TODAY

I had swim PE today. Hehe! Lime green is rad.
Since I couldn't see anything without my specs I didn't really care if anyone at all that fat.... Amyway, I got categorised into the BEGINNERS!!!! Which was so freaking awesome, so slack. "Go blow bubbles la." Which I did. Wa so difficult. Like I almost drowned in the 100cm pool.
Then Ms Tang asked me something... I think she suspected something. "Magdalene (it's Madelene), are you sure you can't swim?"
Me: (with innocent, know nothing face) Err ya.
Ms Tang: (with a skeptical look) Cos I will move you to intermediate if I think you can.
Me: (mumbling) Die.
I wanna continue in beginners.

The worst part of swimming is when you start shivering. And I was shivering alright. So scary. I need more fats. Feed me!
The day was so long and boring I thought I was going to sleep for the first time during lessons. I thought. I never do. So guai.
After school I waited for Andrea so that she could buy a shoe and I could finally buy a bigger bag. Success at last! Andrea, your shoe is nice and furry. =) Thanks for your company. I finally had you to myself. Wait. Does that sound wrong? *laughs*

Tomorrow's the class gathering at Sentosa. Gotta see if I can wake up first. It'll be a good chance to sell those Fun-o-rama coupons though. Thanks Ghim Siang and fellow Vballers for buying them from ME. Muahaha. Me. Me. Me. Not Peiyi. =) Peiyi, you can have Zuo Kun. I mean Zuo Kun's. Nah, love you Peiyi. =)
