HMMMM

It's been a hell of a week. I never get to sleep. And I eat like no one's business. I'm no fan of rojak, but I ate the best rojak ever at Balestier. At the same place, I also had the best Hokkien noodles. And at Rochor beancurd, I had the soya bean with chin chow drink. Very nice! And the tau sar crystal bun. Yummy. I can't wait to go back there! Anyway, I was at Balestier picking tiles for the house. I think my toilets are gonna look darn good. Haha. Moving has been hell la. So I hope it will be worth all the trouble now. Cried when Mummy threw the dining table away. I spent so much time at that table. First was the O levels, then the 'A's. I spend more time at that table than on my bed. So I was emotional when she disposed it. WHY?! It was still in very very good condition! Sigh. Oh well. She better get me a comparable one lor. SOB!
After Balestier, we went to watch Avatar. Omg. I enjoyed it thoroughly. It was damn good. Just perfect. Good job James Cameron and team! I want to go watch it again with gx. Sam Worthington. He looks good. Haha. Because he looks like Matthew Fox! Apparently he was the Terminator in Terminator Salvation. Not a fan of the Terminator series unfortunately. So I guess James Cameron must have enjoyed working with him. So he cast him at Jake Sully in Avatar. Anyway, the visuals are really good. We sat through the credits. Realised that one reason why it was very good is because Peter Jackson and George Lucas production teams were behind the sounds and visuals etc. 3D takes getting used to. But it is a good movie to watch in 3D I must say. Next 3D movie I want to watch is Alice in Wonderland? The Cheshire Cat is quite scary! And there's Johnny Depp! My favourite. Anyway, I've been watching many movies recently. Watched 3 back to back just a few days ago. Watched Superbad, 17 Again, The Pineapple Express, Confessions of a Shopaholic, The Devil Wears Prada and Mr Woodcock. All are good. If you haven't watched any of it, please do! I especially liked Mr Woodcock and 17 Again. Ok. I know many people have something against Zac Efron. I used to. But that show is really good. And he's really good in it. Haha. That scene when he steps out of the Audi, in his aviators and swings on his leather jacket and is wearing skinny jeans. NICE. There is a sentence from Mr Woodcock that is simply hilarious. "You are a disgrace to all fat and gelatinous, out of shape little kids the world over!" I don't often laugh when watching shows. At least not that loudly. But that scene was the best! Anyway... I think the movie I would recommend everyone try to get hold of is Hotel Rwanda. If you haven't already watched it.
Just came back from my aunty's house today. We spent the entire afternoon making pineapple tarts. The best in the world. Secret recipe. My aunty says I can never sell it unless the profits go to charity. Haha. I'm definitely skilled in baking. LOL. And my jam rolling skills are unmatched. Meanwhile, my brother is good at the rubbing in method, but the flour gets everywhere when he does it. Funny thing... We forgot to bring the tarts back from Punggol. Nice.
Christmas is coming up soon guys. I'm dying in anticipation! P2 chalet tomorrow. Can't wait to see my friends again. (: See you!

3 in the morning

Today was hell of a hectic day. Moved over to my grandma's house while house is under renovation. It's like the good old days, very old days. The 'original' 3 cousins all sleeping in a room. I get the bed since I'm the only female. Had to wake up early to go monitor the movers who came about 2 hours late. At 11pm plus, I was still sitting under the block with my grandfather waiting for the final truck to come. My goodness. So boring. Before that was sitting in Mark's boot. Yes, I was sitting in the boot. Don't ask me why. I was sitting there and singing to myself cos I was so darn bored. I ate a slice of bread for dinner. After everything was shifted and stuff, it was almost 1am and we went to Marsiling for supper. I restrained myself from eating but couldn't help it. The tofu was damn nice. We ordered a lot of food so didn't manage to finish. So right now, I don't want to sleep yet cos I feel guilty about eating so late at night. I really don't want to get fat. And I've only just recovered from my flu so I haven't been able to exercise. NO! I REFUSE TO GET FAT. But Christmas is coming. And I'm making steamed cake and pineapple tarts this weekend. Oh no... That means I'll be eating it. Haha. Dammit! Why is food so good?!

Just realised I haven't showered since this afternoon. Disgusting piece of crap! Haha. Shall do so after waking up la. Look at the time. Such an unholy hour. Yet surprisingly, I'm not feeling that tired. And no way of sleeping now. The boys are playing some Star Wars game on the Xbox. I'm running out of things to do!!!

Goodnight world.

YIJEONG!!!

Rewatching BOF for the second time. HAHAHA. Man, I love it. First thing mummy had to say: "What's with his hair?!" I think Lee Minho looks like a dragon. Peiyi, don't kill me. Haha. But his head is really big and his legs are really scrawny. If I kick his legs real hard, they will snap like a twig! And I really don't see how Jihu is so handsome like how those in the show portray him to be. His eyes are weird and both him and Jandi look like turtles. Mummy is right. Kim Bum looks best. So immaculately dressed all the time and DIMPLES. Dimples are nice :) Oh and I think Monkey has pretty eyes and Junhui looks so good! My mum says she's beautiful. At times, I have to agree.
I realise I get emotional over the show easily. Like I get agitated and shout and curse, especially with Junpyo's evil, witch of a mother. OMG. She just looks evil, doesn't she? If I had a mother like that, I would rather hang myself. Tsk. Argh. See! I get really worked up. Ok. ENOUGH!
Today was shit. The only day he books out and mummy has to do all those funny things. Walau. How can you assume he wants to wash the car for you?! SIGH. She sent Mark, gx and I all the way to Stamford tyres in Tuas to buy her stuff. We had to delay lunch though we were hungry. She made me sit in the carpark for don't know what reason while that dude changed the car battery. Fantastic day man! Can you just sense my enthusiasm?
Tiger Woods has announced a hiatus from pro golf while he settles the scandal and attempts to keep his family together. That's sad. Of course, he brought it on himself, but we must remember that he is human, just like us. It'll be sad to see a beautiful family be broken apart in such a terrible ordeal. I hope things will be resolved in the best way possible and that the media gives his family the privacy they so dearly need. Personally, I think some of those women who have some forward are S*&%$ just looking for the spotlight and hurting his image even more. Low lifes. But of course, what do I know? What do we know? So we should just LEAVE HIM ALONE or focus on his golf. That's enough.
Hmmm. The week has gone by pretty quickly. Monday was the library. Borrowed 2 books. Finished one already and IT WAS GOOD. Yesiree! Cooking for Mr Right. Funny love story. Enjoyed it thoroughly. Tuesday was the OG outing with my OG kids. I was the only OGL there. Haha. Ok la. I think I'm like the Deyong of my OG. More in touch with them. My OG kids have also reduced in numbers. That's expected. But it's nice to talk to them la. Especially the guys. They are very funny people. We played pool. My third time and Brian, who is the pool god, told V that my strokes are better than hers. That's what I call talent. Haha. Thanks man. While it was my shot, I heard the boys talking about something very loudly about some girl not being into younger guys but I just minded my own business. Later on when I got a headache and took a break, they told me that some sec 4 SJI guy "has been checking me out since he arrived". I quote that. Goodness. Do I look so young? But it's obvious that I'm from JC cos Claire was wearing her hockey jersey. I was amused. It felt like the guys were like "protecting" me. Haha. Claire said I shouldn't bother cos he's way too short and ain't that good looking. Of course I'm not interested! They say it's sweet we're still together. Awwww. Yes, I know.
Unfortunately, immediately after playing pool I got a fever. A really high one. Like 39 degrees and over. When I got onto the train I was so mortified that there were no seats. I had to stand from Dhoby Ghaut all the way back. I wanted to faint and was secretly cursing those aunties for taking my potential seats away. I really hate going to the doctor cos I always have to wait for a really really long time. I don't know why the doctor takes so long with other patients. But that day, the only doctor that was open at that time was the one I haven't been to since 2002 and he HAD to be 30 minutes late. In addition to that, I waited for my medication for 10 to 15 minutes. WHY?! So inefficient some people are.
Let's see. The rest of the week is a blur. But yesterday we did something out of the ordinary. We went to the Dairy Farm Adventure Park or whatever it's called. Not sure how long the trail is back and forth, but we spent over 2 hours walking and jogging. Initially I just wanted to walk but seeing Aunty Marion jog, I really felt like it. I didn't push myself though. Don't want to compromise my recovery. Oh man, running up those slopes is really a good work out for your posterior. Haha. My brother's body is aching now. Unfortunately, mine isn't. I miss the feeling of muscle aches. I'm no masochist. My brother says it's because I run a lot so I won't get these aches that often. And I think the sudden increase in exercise after the sedentary A level period made me sick. Aunty Marion says I shouldn't run 5km first but gradually increase although I still can. But if I run 2.4km, that's only 13 minutes plus. What kind of work out is that? Not even 20 minutes, no fat burnt.
Yesterday was also my godsister's first birthday. Ahhhh she's so cute I can just bite her!!!! She wore such a cute dress with a white furry ball pinned in her hair. And she can walk quite well already. I was walking her up and down the function room and in the house until my back hurt. And she finds my painted nails intriguing. She's a funny little thing. If you have a mole, she'll press it with her index finger and say 'mole'. So cute!!!! I have never seen a baby so cute in my life. She is really really the cutest one of them all. So CCCCCCCCCUUUUUUUTTTTTTEEEEEEEE!
Will be looking forward to moving into my grandma's house(hopefully) so that I can watch Poltergeist with Mark. I'm afraid I'll be traumatised again but what the heck. God is always there to protect me, I know (: Also looking forward to my OG outing and another trip to Subway with Jeremy and Mark and then to the library for more books. Soon...It'll be Christmas! Yay! My favourite day of the year! Making pineapple tarts next Saturday (:
Alrighty, time to read my second book. It's another interesting one! (: Goodnight folks!

Attempt number 1, SUCCESS!

Meeting dear Andrea tomorrow! Finally. Been a long time since we've gone out. Gonna celebrate her birthday in advance (: Can't wait! There are many things I'm looking forward to. Hopefully there will be our clique's dinner, both my OGs outings and then soon it's Christmas! My favourite day of the year. And also the time we pack on the extra pounds. So remember to work out! Everyone can afford 30 minutes a day. Everything else is just an excuse. I know cos I always give excuses too. Haha. But it feels good. All the adrenaline and then sore muscles. The best feeling! Gotta regain my fencing legs. That's my aim. Haha.

My house is seriously falling apart, literally. Everything's not working. Now the damn Starhub set top box isn't working :/ Can't wait to move out. THIS SUCKS!!! I want to watch TV!
I've thrown away all of my tutorials already. But to play it safe, I've kept all the lecture notes. Haha. Other stuff giving to some of my OG kids. Oh man, really hope the results are favourable. I'm not asking for 3 As anymore. After some of the damned papers, I really lost that much hope. But I did try so now, just gotta wait and see. And I gotta thank all those who helped me. You guys rock!

Why do people laugh at my dreams of conquering China's market? I want to expand my business there next time. My mum came up with the idea. Both of us will be a force to be reckoned with. Just you wait and see. When I'm successful and loaded, we'll see who's laughing!

Got to start working soon I guess. Can't just laze at home. Need to help my mum cos she's working so hard. Still pulling over 14 hours at work everyday, including Sundays. She asked for my help tomorrow too. But it's simply too short notice and I've already got plans! For Saturday, it's lunch with Jammy(so cute!). Thai food. Yum yum. Tom yam, green curry, spicy mango salad, pat thai... here I come!!!

Now...I want to pledge my support for Tiger Woods. Leave the poor man alone!!! Who are we to pry into his private life. We all love a little gossip but we must know that there is a limit. And it shouldn't be to the extent of breaking up a family. Plus, he is a public figure and well known for his mastery on the fairway so news should only about Tiger Woods, the best golfer in the world and the first billionaire athlete. Even if the allegations about him are true, so what? I'm still going to be a fan of him, not one percent less. The tabloids should really stop their shit. It's a shame that fame comes with such a price. SIGH!
