Fun-o-rama. The Ultimate Trip

We spent hours slicing and dicing, peeling, boiling, drawing, glueing and crying even (onions). I had a heart to heart talk with Gab at Jennifer's house and I guess it was nice to share honest feelings with someone. Slicing those cute-looking fishcakes with Jennifer and Munting was quite fun though I reeked of fishcake on the way home. It was late and it was worrying to me that I was the only one living in the North cos the rest were cck ppl. Thankfully Mummy could pick me up at cck. She was actually at the carpark at home when I called and she drove back to pick me up. By the time I reached home it was alr midnight. I didnt bother for my hair to dry, I just went straight to bed. I fell asleep while praying.

Woke up at 515 on fun-o-rama day. I packed my new soft toys, William Sr and William Jr, stupid squeeze ball and mundane mushroom. When I reached school at least there was somethings to look forward too. =) We walked to the candeck to see the cow. It looked bad. And kinda gross. Then we went back to our stalls.

Our stalls werent as successful as we hoped it to be. People dont really buy laksa in the morning. But business caught up later in the day. We finished 2 big pots of gravy and had to cook another in school. Edmund and I helped to peel the garlic skins off while Daren cut the onions, making everyone cry. Quite entertaining. I know our first batch of laksa tasted really good and Mr Mak came twice to buy it. He was really nice asking us about how our business was and joking with us. I also got reminded why I cant work in sales or any job that involves lots of interaction with strangers. I just dont like it when they ignore you. Cant you people see that I'm trying my utmost best to be nice? I'm sure Peiyi and Angela could cos Im not usually so welcoming. As for the games stall, the board spoiled and we had to repair it. We lost quite abit of business because of it and it was really frustrating.

People who know me should know that I dont enjoy crowded places, i dont like noise. On my way to pick my BP friends up from the bleachers I got really irritated with the crowd. I know the band playing at the foyer was quite good but the music was so loud I could feel my heart pounding. It was nice to see them, especially Carlyn, cos she's always the one I talk to when I have any problems. So, I seem to miss her the most. They bought laksa from my laksa stall. I know it was spicy. But that batch was the good one. After they got their food I went to help out with the preparation for the next pot of gravy. I know I didnt accompany my friends around the school =( and i feel freaking bad about it. I've apologised. =((((((( Im sorry you guys.

At 5 or so, Wendy, Cassandra, Min En and I were in the laksa stall talking about our laksa and how it tasted very lemongrass-y. We felt quite bad selling it to people. One person even said to his friend "Is this stall manned by students? Why all not enthu one?". I didnt turn around to look at who he was. I was feeling really lethargic by then.

This is how I spent $50 worth of coupons.
1. ACJC limited edition collegiate
2. A drink
3. Another drink
4. Swensons sticky chewy chocolate ice cream
5. 4 cans of drinks for $4
6. A bowl of laksa
7. A bowl of spaghetti
8. Gave Peiyi $2
9. I dunno where I spent the other $2 on

I was glad to see Andrea yesterday. I miss her alot too. Hope to see her more often though she's in SA now.

The day finally ended and we left college at about 730 to eat at JE. We had dinner and left although there were initial plans to watch a movie. But I was really tired by then and wanted to go home.

When I got home I couldnt wait to shower after a whole day in school. I lay on my bed waiting for my hair to dry and messaging before I dozed off. Woke up an hour later when my mum asked me what I was doing. The answer is pretty obvious. I WAS sleeping. Quickly prepared for bed and fell asleep while praying again.

I guess the day was alright. Some parts of it were really nice, some werent. Some made me smile, some didnt. It was simply just ok for most of it. But I guess, nothing can bring me down especially when im in the right place now, feeling the best in the longest time. Bring on the HAPPY. =)

Time wasted...Yet not.

I bought my court shoes yesterday. I was utterly satisfied. Like YAY! Pink nike court shoes. And cheap too =) =) =) Then I went to IKEA to eat meatballs. My mum decided 15 meatballs was just right. No! Too many mummy... =( Then she ordered 4 chic-KEN (hahahaha) wings and a plate of fries. Oh my gosh. So unhealthy. =( When we finally found a seat and I started eating the meatballs, my mummy started eating her chicken wings. I stared at her with disgust. She looked so...cannibalistic or something. She ripped the wings like some... People were looking. Ok. I shant describe more. Worst thing was I had to do it too. Shit.
Then I returned to her office. I always feel damn small and even shorter there cos those foreigners are all over 6 feet tall. And I'm only 5'1. At least I have my mum there who's also of my tall-ness. =)
Then we drove to Raffles Marina. The yachts there are so...gorgeous. There's one insanely big one in the middle of the marina which is probably the biggest yacht I've seen before. I think it shouldnt be considered a yacht. More like a SHIP! Collected some laptops from employees then drove to my grand's place for dinner.
When I reached home, I realised...MY SHOES DONT FIT!!! Like ARGH! CRAPCRAPCRAP. So I went back to Queensway today and guess what..."The warehouse isnt open on weekends. Come back on a weekday, girl." *STRANGLE*
I decided I didnt come all the way from home to not get anything done. So I bought a new pair of neon pink nike slippers and a new Adidas tennis shoe which I got for $60 cos the uncle at the shop is my friend. Hehe. My brother got the exact one too. "Since you are my good friend, brother must give good price also." My brother was happy. =)
Going back to Queensway tomorrow with Kenny. Cos Peiyi "spends the whole day in school" with me. To Ms Tay, if you ever read this, Kenny is not one of my 3 boyfriends right? lol... U have unreliable sources. =)

Appreciation

You know those days. The days you sit in the dark, alone. You think, you recollect and you start to appreciate. Today, I show my appreciation. =)

Thank you Peiyi.

Peiyi,
Thank you for being there for me. I know you feel guilty leaving me alone at times, but I dont blame you. We gotta stick together babe! We Bpians must stick together. You've always helped me with my work when you stood to gain nothing. I am happy Vlee put us beside one another in '06.

To 4p2,
Thank you for the times we shared. Thank you for making me feel like I belonged somewhere. I made the best of friends here and shared some of the sweetest moments with you guys. I'm proud to have come from 4p2. Although we have gone out separate ways, I still carry with me memories. Memories that will not be forgotten. We've gone through hell of alot of things together as a class, whether it was the cheering comp. or Vlee's detentions, we did it together. =) Dont forget to remember me.

To my teachers,
No. I have not forgotten you guys, nor the 'blood, sweat and tears' you shed just for the sake of helping us achieve more than we could ever ask for. I am sorry if I ever caused any of you any unnecessary stress or anxiety. But you have taught me well. Now in AC, I miss BP alot. I have finally experienced the "culture shock" and that really made me appreciate what I had before. BP may not have the facilities that AC has but still, I prefer the feeling of being taught with true care and devotion. Yes. BP rocks. And so does every one of you.

You make me smile. Much love. =) =) =)

Unmistakable

Yes. It is my blog title. But it is also a BSB song. I dont care how much you hate them, I love them. This is their best song in a long time. So, I thought I'd share the lyrics of the song to those who havent heard it. You will be able to listen to it soon. Enjoy. =)

Anytime, anywhere, any place
You could be anyone today
Maybe I'd recognise you on a crowded street
Maybe you'll take me by surprise
Will you be the one I had in mind?
*There'll come a day
When you'll walk out of my dreams
Face to face
Like I'm imagining
Baby how can I be sure
That you're the one I'm waiting for
Will you be unmistakable?-
Unmistakable
People say we're watching our lives through a glass
Desperately waiting on a chance
I know you're out there
Holding on, holding out for me
How are we to know the time is right
What if you're here and I'm just blind
*
How can I know a song I never heard
How will I know your voice
When you havent said a word?
How do I know how this will end
Before we begin?
Before we begin
*
Unmistakable
Unmistakable

Aww... classic BSB =]

Nonsense

Here's something for everyone to think about...

If your nose is running, does it mean your feet smell?

Hmmm...

So therefore...

Yes. I am officially physics rep. I think Room 5.12 likes me. Muahaha.

This week Andrea sneaked into AC. Thank goodness. Or I would be a loner AGAIN. =( Peiyi abandoned me. So pitiful... So nice to see her again. And she wanted waffles so badly, and chin chow too. To 4peeee2, chin chow! HAHA. We slacked around in the canteen with Yi Xian while waiting for squash to start. Gossip gossip. Then was squash. Fun as usual. I think coach is damn nice. We played 2 stupid-fun games to train our accuracy and strength. Both times my team won. We are the ultimate lame game players =)

After squash, went to the gym to work out and wanted to use the treadmill but the sports bra woman was hogging it for more than 40min. Prentice would say "SIAN DIAO!" Met g_oon who was going for arts night so I went with him. But later I found out that Canida was alone too! Should have called her... "SIAN DIAO". Anyway, Marcus was THE BEST singer! The people at the back of the LT were asking for an encore. He has this undeniable stage presence, accompanied with that oh-so-good,sexy etc voice. I couldnt wipe the smile off my face. I was like =) =) =) =) =) =) =) =) =) =) =)

Today, Peiyi, Yi Xian, Zach, Jia Wei and I went back to BP to meet Ms Tay and eat BP's fantastically cheaper-in-comparison food. Ms Tay kept saying "slut" and "skank-ing". Which was so hilarious. She demanded we share some juicy gossip. So we gossiped. Ms Tay, your wish is our command. We'll be back! We saw Mrs Chiang too. Hehe...(inside joke)

On the way back, I made Zach carry my shoe bag. i told him that he looks good with it so that he'd carry it for me... Tricked you! Ok ok... I admit you look more like a sportsman carrying it. So next time I'll do you a favour. You can carry it again. =) Anyway, Happy belated birthday Zachy Boy!

Finding Solace Where I SIT

][ ` мαđєĿěŋё ` ][ finding solace where i stand
Gab finding solace where i SIT

Nice one man...

Yesterday, Kenny, Andrea and I watched Step Up 2 The Streets. OMG. So cool. Andrea couldnt contain her excitement. *HOT GUY ALERT* I was impressed with the cheoreography. Amazing. All 3 of us felt like dancing. And I've decided to buy the soundtrack. Yes. I will buy it...

Then we got caught in the rain. Kenny wanted to walk in the rain again. So we did. I used The Straits Time as an umbrella-ella-ella but still, it couldnt protect me from the wrath of Mother Nature. Again, I havent managed to buy anything. Again, disappointment.

My friends, I am proud to announce that I have completed econs tutorial 2 question 1-8! Success. Remaining work: Chem tutorial on the Gaseous State, read GP package, Mathematical Induction tutorial and physics tutorial on forces. That's alot... This sucks.

To people who try to ruin my day, get a life.

Shall continue mugging. Bye.

"Let's watch Old Men." Sounds wrong.

I have to say that "No Country for Old Men" is really, truly... AWESOME! Oscar-worthy, definitely... I enjoyed my date with Peiyi though she was rather noisy in the theatre. HAHA. Ok, but I have to say that we were both making quite some noise with the packets of smuggled Doritos Nacho Cheesier and Ruffles Sour Cream & Onion. Peiyi instructed me to open the packets and let the air out so we could hide one each in our puny handbags. She sounded like a seasoned pro at smuggling. HEHE! < inside joke? get it py?

So we met at Woodlands. I was -for once- early. And py was late. -.- Almost 15 min late. Never mind. Im a patient young lady. You're forgiven =) I thought I'd go to DBS earlier to withdraw some cash expecting a long queue. But duh! There wasnt. COS ITS A WEEKDAY! Why didnt I think of that?! There was only 5 people in the queue. =l

On the train, py and I ATTEMPTED to read the GP package. But to no avail! FRUITLESS ATTEMPT. We totally understood nothing. Ha! Ok. So we went to PS to watch the movie. And again. It's really really good. Though it's kinda deep and you will take quite a bit of time to fully comprehend what's going on, it's still AWESOME and bloody and violent. There were some funny parts too. So it's not all blood and gore. One part went something like this.
Man to his wife: If I dont come back, tell mum I love her.
Wife: But mum's dead.
Man: Well, I guess I'll tell her myself then.
Also, the villain in the show, "Sugar", kills people without flinching. He's a psychopath! And his weapon is so freaking cool! Oh well. I think everyone should watch it or you'll never understand what the hell im saying.

Next movie to watch: There Will Be Blood. There's Daniel Day Lewis in it =) And it's rated 5 stars.

So after the movie we walked around Orchard looking for stuff to buy. I planned to buy stuff but bought nothing in the end and I'm rather disappointed. So I cheered myself up by buying 100g of Famous Amos Choc Chip and Macadamia cookies. Oh yes! And I saw Farrina and Ms Alice Lim at Dorothy Perkins! And all we could say was "Hello" cos we were all so shocked to see each other. We also saw Dion and OTHERS. Ahem! AND DONOVAN. I know Darrell would've loved to be there. Too bad Darrell's in Perth now. I think Darrell has a crush on Donovan. D&D forever. HAHA. Joking!

Going out tomorrow again. With dearie Andrea and Kenny Yap. Can't wait =D

Welcome HOLIDAYS

Shout HOORAY! The holidays are here. After an entire month yearning for just the week off, it is FINALLY here! And what does that mean, you ask? It means 12 hour long naps, hours in front of the tv, and the remaining hours just pondering your next move.

The past week just zoomed by as fast as a Ferrari on an open road.

Nah.

Hmmm. So what are my plans for the holiday? Well....
1) Catch up with my work. Especially math. ARGH!
2) OG outing anyone?
3) Watch ' No Country for Old Men' with Peiyi and shop till we drop. =) Original plan of going to Sentosa has been scrapped thanks to wonderful weather.
4) Guess more work? Like econs. Cos Faith Mai will send us to detention so we gotta do our work SA5!
5) I dont know....

Last week marked the end of OG-ness. Back into our classes from next week onwards. Although I am pretty upset by this notion, still I think that my class isnt that bad either. Actually, there are really nice people in my class. YUP! So do not fret Madelene. yesyes. We got to meet the new SA5-ers. Another interesting bunch. We also got our new timetable. This time with PW. Which leads me to my decision to keep the same subject combination. I was pulled both ways by my friends. Some said: "Take 4 H2s with me la.". The others said: "Let me tell you why you shouldnt take 4 H2s... Ok, now you get it? Plus there's me. =D " So after weighing the pros and cons, I decided that I'd better just stick to CMEP, since my physics sucks anyway. I also get to keep my class in the process.

For those who have read Peiyi's blog, yes, there was another Momo incident. Please refer to http://realreeeeelchiise.blogspot.com/ to find out more about the incident. Long story short, she gave him something, he dropped it, i picked it up and wanted her to give it to him( not knowing that it was her gift to him), she didnt come back so i returned it to him.
Me: Is this yours?
Him: Ya.
End of story.

Hmmm. What other interesting thing... OH YES! Deyong. He got D for his A level Chinese. Job well done Deyong! You are my idol. I hereby have the right to fail chinese. Heh... I have almost given up all hope on my chinese. I really have to pity my chinese teacher. And apologise sincerely. SORRY. Speaking of Deyong... I was asking Peiyi and riddle and I asked for drumroll before I gave her the answer.
Me: Drumroll please...
Peiyi: De de de de de de~
Me: yong yong yong yong yong yong
Nice one eh? Nice and LAME! I like lame jokes. There was the butter joke...
Have you heard the butter joke?
No.
Dont spread it. HAHAHA
Then there's the ocean joke...
Have you heard the ocean joke?
No.
That's cos it's too deep for you.. HAHA

Why did the tree get struck by lightning?
Because tree suay(sway)!
OMG. All the lame-ness is taking its toll on me.

Oh yes... before i forget. I forgot to mention in the previous post that I watched L Change the World. I guess I forgot because it sucked! Oops. L is for Lame!

"eh. update ur blog la" Yes, Peiyi.

I had a conversation with Peiyi and she kinda went "eh. update ur blog la". So i said :"lazy"
Ok. So let me see what happened this week.

1. Got to know the new OG mates better. Interesting bunch of ppl. I like them =)
2. "emo" week. I "emo-ed" for about a day. I shall not reveal the reason why. Only selected ppl know. =l
3. Watched Juno. It was really nice =)
4. Hanged out at cafe a lot! Fang's cards got confiscated =(
5. Someone thought Kenny is "un-straight". Stalker! =P
6. Mummy forced my father to send me to school everyday starting 28 Feb. =(
7. Founder's Day. Someone so pro on the slide show sia. Then the David Loo and Momo thing. HAHAHA! Natalie! Peiyi! Anw, guess who's not going to Founder's Day next year? HAHA.
8. Had a good meal at IKEA with Canida and Alicia. Fish & Chips though I dont usually eat fish. Then hung out at the playground at Alicia's place, talking about everything under the sun and behaving like little children, jumping on the bridge. It looked like the bridge was about to give way. So SCARY! But continued jumping the Deyong jump. So fun! Alicia lent Canida "My Girl". Yes, Lee Dong Wook is gorgeous! (to me)
9. Gotta help my dear Mummy with payroll! But at a price. Heh..
10. Got a huge appetite this week. Me and Nat. She ate 8 meals that day. As for me, hmmm.. I dont even rmb!
11. My eye was red last night. =(
12. Deyong asked me to lend him my GC. Cos his is like "so yesterday". =D

Alright. This week we started asking ppl about this personality test. I rmb doing it years ago. Here are the questions.
1. You walk into a jungle. What's the first animal you see?
2. Walking on... What's the second animal you see?
3. You chance upon a hut. Do you walk past it or knock on the door?
4. You see a table. What shape is the table?
5. How many chairs are around the table?
6. There's a jug of water and a cup on the table. What is the cup made of?
7. You pour water from the jug into the cup. How full do you fill the cup?
8. Now you see a waterfall. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the fastest, how fast is the water falling?

It was really amusing to hear what my friends' answers were. Although the test is really full of shit, it's really very AMUSING to hear their responses. Here's what the answer to each question is SUPPOSED to mean:
1. This is what you see as yourself. ( Answers heard: Snake, deer, monkey...)
2. This represents your partner. ( answers heard: lion, mouse, rabbit...)
3. Tests whether you are a K.P.O person.
4. If the shape you choose has edges, your life isnt as smooth sailing as you would like it to be. If you chose a circle or oval, shapes with no edges, then your life is the opposite.
5. The number of "BFFs" you'll have in your life.
6. The material implies how easily your heart breaks. For example, glass - very easily. Metal - need i say more?
7. The amount you put into your relationship, half being the ideal, so that your partner puts in their half as well.
8. Hmmm. If you wanna know ask me personally. ( Answers heard: 3, 4, 5, 7,8, 10) Interesting.

A few minutes ago, I was having a very childish conversation.

' anonymous says:
haha yay i win
' anonymous says:
you talk to me first
' anonymous says:
wahhaa
][ ` мαđєĿěŋё ` ][ every glance is killing me says:
walau. go die la
' anonymous says:
hehehe

told you don't tempt me. but see, im so good. i didnt put ur true identity there, along with other details. Ok.

Peiyi. This one's for you. =)
