Hello

Just completed my workout for the day. It went something like this:

5 minutes stretching
10 minutes 'dance'
40 minutes on Kettler Cross trainer (at average 6km/h)
3 sets of bicycle crunches, 15 reps
5 minutes stretches

TIRED! But feeling damn good with myself now. Seriously, is there a better feeling than this? Ok, there is. Haha!

Wondering what to do now. Hmmm. It's getting boring at home. Can kor arrange a dinner date? :) Dying to get out. All there is to do is workout, blog, FB(boring!), Youtube. Maybe I should go to the library again. Read some books. More alone time! Maybe tomorrow!

I wanna watch the new episodes of Glee! Shall get Mark to download them for me. There's an episode with Neil Patrick Harris. Matthew Morrison and NPH sang "Dream On" by Aerosmith. Watched the Youtube video. Holy shit! Nice screaming. Love it. Love Glee! Loving their cover of Lionel Richie's "Hello" too! Best song. I think I've listened and sung it at least 20 times since waking up today.
