FOOD

I shall officially start my food journal here, to prevent myself from overeating! Haha. Hope I have the time to keep this up.

Breakfast:
1 glass oat milk
Nestum

Lunch:
2 slices multi-grain bread with scrambled egg & cheese
1 glass oat milk

Snack:
Papaya & Dragonfruit

Dinner:
Fist-sized serving of chicken breast (SPICY!)
2 servings cabbage
A little homemade achar! Shiok :D

Indulgence of the day:
Half a chocolate chip cookie! How can I resist a cookie huh? (:

Feeling good! Probably take some freshly squeezed orange juice later on.

My weight is weird. So weird. In the office (last week), I was almost 49kg. The same day when I got home, it was 48.5kg. Yesterday, it was 46.5kg. Today, 45kg! HA! Funny. Will never allow myself to go beyond that scale again. Unless I can say for certain that it is muscle mass!

Shall be sleeping earlier today. Feeling really tired from workout!
