4/12

Feeling a little down today. Well, we all have days like these I guess. Maybe something's bothering me that even I don't know of!
Thought I'd go for for a quick workout to make me feel more alive.
15min run + 8 X 20s/10s sprints
Definitely feel more energetic now, but the battered feeling still lingers. So uncomfortable.

Food journal 4/12
Breakfast:
Oatmeal + banana + peanut butter

Lunch:

Scrambled egg with toast and cheese

Dinner:

More soup. Just so cold these few days!!

I feel like heading down to the Botanic Gardens again soon in the day, and sit along the Singapore River in the middle of the night. Something rather soothing about it...
