Scrutiny

7/6

On the way to work, I commented how lousy some ads are, like those on vans and taxis. I guess the Brand Mastery course really made me very critical. Haha!

Meeting with Nut at Jurong Shipyard. The place looks really chaotic. Driving in, we were so afraid that the car was going to get scratched by all the moving. There isn't any proper path/road for vehicles. Saw so many cars in very bad shape due to sand-blasting. SCARY! No wonder he bought his own container with a remote-operated door and air condition for his hot bike. The bike... Really hot dammit! It's a huge ass bike. I think I have to be carried, or I'll never be able to get on it.
So back to the meeting...
Mummy said I have to learn what she does, how she gets clients etc. But! I cannot, because she has something which I don't. 20 years of experience in shipyards. And I just don't picture myself doing that. It's not my passion in life. I have my own dreams!!!!!! So what I learned yesterday was "I have a lot to learn!".

I had nothing to do at the office yesterday. Was insanely boring. To my relief, we left for Bukit Timah at around mid-afternoon to meet the landlady and agent. I bought a wonderful sub for my second lunch. Didn't expect to finish it, but was feeling extremely ravenous after the first bite. Jeremy and I then headed to Fairprice Finest (my favourite!) just to look at all the food! Unfortunately, I saw the Japanese ice cream section and couldn't resist, so shared a cone with my brother. I swear, that was the best cone ice cream I have ever tasted. The chocolate was so thick and rich and yummy yummy!

We waited for the meeting between Mummy and the agent to finish. It took way too long. When it was finally over, I thought I could finally go home. WRONG! I don't ever want to wait for someone who has rubber time. If a person, especially your business partner, cannot be punctual (I'm not talking about a few minutes late, more like an hour or more and sometimes not even turning up without informing), then it shows his character and work ethics. Seriously, would you want to have a partner like that? I left. I want nothing to do with people like that. Maybe that's why I am just so uninterested in that venture. Was so pissed off! Decided to take 961 back. Went to CWP to get some stuff. Track pants and unmentionables. Spent about $130 yesterday. Heartpain! The track pants are for ZFencing this Wednesday. I think I won't be training under the Elite team cos I have had 2 years of break. Honestly, I can't even remember whether the plastron goes on first without the wire. But oh man, how I love to fence. Really such an adrenaline rush. Best feeling! (:

Got home and worked out. Just about 40 minutes of cardio and resistance. Was late when I finally managed to have my dinner.

Food journal:
Breakfast:
Nestum
One glass oat milk

Lunch:
1 piece Fried chicken (hate the fact that it was fried!)
2 different types of vegetables
Teh Halia for upset stomach (worked like a charm)

Snack:
2 Marie biscuits
1 cheese ritz
1 cream cracker

2nd lunch:
Chicken terriyaki sub
Half cone chocolate ice cream

Dinner:
Tofu and chicken breast soup, extra spicy!
2 wedges papaya
2 oranges, squeezed

I think it's amazing how I am so aware of my food!

8/6

I got to wake up late again! It's been way too long! 11:30am.
Last night, stayed up for over an hour to talk to Mark about his erm... predicament. So I shared a little with him, gave him advice and insight into a girl's mind. Hope it helped. I just want him to be happy, you know! Also helped him edit his script. It's really good now, thanks to me! Haha! Language wise. Ask me to write you a story like that, I'll give it to you in a year's time (: That's why I never did essays like that in secondary school. I always chose argumentative! My favourite! And I really enjoyed GP (:

Hmmm... Thinking about what to do now. Workout? Can't be too shiong, if not I will ache too much and Fencing tomorrow will be jeopardised.
Will have to send out some parcels later too! Really lazy. And the weather really isn't helping! I just woke up not long ago but I feel like sleeping again ):

ANYWAY! I love this:

Diane Kruger in Jason Wu. I am loving Jason Wu!
