Yesterday was back home for more unpacking and cleaning! Washed loads of dishes, folded clothes and even cleaned the toilet. I will make an awesome wife. I even cook. HAHA!
I cut myself! The glass was slippery and I tried to catch it as it slipped from my hands. Now I have a cut on my left middle finger. Don't make me show it to you. Haha! Oh man, typing is pretty hard. And so was cooking breakfast. You never realise how much you depend on all your fingers... It's healing. Soon, the scab will appear and it will get itchy and the skin is already getting tight! I can't stretch my finger straight out, cos I'm afraid the cut will open up again, like it did last night. What a pain man! Sucks.

Thankfully, I had time to workout yesterday. Back to Insanity, this time, pure cardio. I change my mind! Plyometrics is easier than pure cardio. Was suffering, but felt so good. All the aches, worth it!

NEVER SACRIFICE FORM. Haha! I just love torturing myself.
Had the extra motivation to workout due to overdose of tau sar in the early afternoon!

Breakfast:
Eggs with toast (1 yolk, 2 whites)
1 glass oat milk

Lunch:
Seafood soup
1 tau sar pau
1 tau sar waffle (I haven't eaten this since I moved here! Spare me!)
The seafood soup from coffee shop across the street! Nice (:






















Pre-workout snack:
1 slice bread with peanut butter and nutella

Dinner:
Soup with chicken breast, cabbage, chye sim
2 squeezed oranges

Yes, I absolutely love my food!
