8/7

A rather boring, uneventful day at the office. I think Peiyi would much rather take my place! :P

Oh, we bought more cheena stuff from Beauty World. 2 wooden chairs, 4 porcelain ones. I HATE THEM :/

Managed to make it home early for a workout. The same sprint workout once again. 5 minute warm up followed by 8 sets of 20s/10s sprints. Continued with 20 burpees, 2 x 1 minute leg lifts, Tabata 8 rounds 20s/10s squats. Tabata's Protocol! Yup, read more about it (:

Food journal 8/7
Breakfast:

Rolled oats with peanut butter and 1 banana
1/2 glass soy milk

Lunch:
Tom yum soup
1 popiah
A little spicy minced chicken stir fried with basil leaves (stole from Mummy)
1 egg
Pineapple and papaya

Snack:
1 cup coffee :/ Was HOT. My tongue feels odd now! Haha!

Dinner:
Chicken breast stir fried with beancurd
Long beans
1/2 glass soy milk (leftover from breakfast :/)

Indulgence:
1 butter cookie
1 tapioca kueh (damn good can!)



Oh gosh! Some girl from SMU's Bash organizing committee just called me :/ Shortlisted?! Pretty?! AHHHHHHHHH! Never will I join lor. Got dance and catwalk training somemore. Waste time man! Haha!
