LTB presentation went really well. So proud of the group. I know we had a lot of hostility going on, but in the end, everything worked out and we're all buddy-buddy again. Which feels great. I don't enjoy conflicts, contrary to popular belief, especially by people who like to call me Xena!
I didn't get MC. So gotta bid again by tomorrow night. Will probably go for Tom instead. Carla is freaking expensive. Minimum bid was close to $23. Wasn't expecting that much -.- Anyway, I am taking AS, MC, BGS with Peiyi! Woo! I bid with Hann Khee AS and MC. He's like my only Bondue friend left ): What happened to Weijoe and Claire?! SIGH. Anyway, Hann Khee is NOT MY BOYFRIEND. Omg... Please do not mistake. I hardly even meet him. He and his girlfriend have been together for 5 years already! People just like to make me sound scandalous. I am so innocent!!! Haha! He got scouted to join Bondue pagaent :P Ewww.
Wednesday was the shittiest day this week. I had LTB rehearsal for the presentation on Thursday. But I had the special training at Hilltop Bukit Timah (literally hill top) which I didn't want to miss either. Anyway, I decided to take the risk of being bitched about behind my back and go for training. I was already anticipating that it would start and end late, and I was right! Anyway, the training was tough. I pushed myself a little too hard and got my horrible abdominal cramps again ): Seems like hardcore cardio triggers it. Stephie took care of me. She's so sweet! :D She even asked her dear Kelvin to carry me to the bench (I was protesting, especially with his sweat dripping all over me.).
The training went like this.
2 X run up and down Bukit Batok Nature Reserve Hill
I think I got the cramp cos I wasn't expecting a second round and really pushed myself a little too much. Imagine running up a relatively steep slope and then reaching the plateau, and then seeing this:

I was like WTF. Lactic acid in the thighs and ass. Sprints up. Twice. Second time was torture I tell you!!!!
Then was frog jumps up one flight of stairs. Followed by 30 push ups, sit ups and dips. 3 sets of this.
And this was when I stopped. I completed only 1.5 sets then I just couldn't go on. I had been trying to bear with the pain for so long. Gosh. Sucks man.
When I finally was able to get back to training, we did some shadow boxing and 2 rounds of padwork with Terence and the Thai coach. One was freestyle, the other round was purely roundhouses. I left roundhoused till my scab on my feet split and started bleeding profusely. I wouldn't expect that much blood. It just kept dripping down my feet. Luckily Jin gave me plaster and his ankle guard (: Really grateful to him. He has been lending me his ankle guard since last Friday's training while I am awaiting the arrival of mine from Thailand!

Another 50 push ups. 30 sit ups. All the sit ups were done on a gradient. Painful!
I missed part of the workout. But I know those who did everything were damn tired by the end of it! Wish I could have completed it. So upsetting.
We took the shuttle bus back to Hilltop Clarke Quay. Fabian and his half-nakedness. WHY?! TSK. The guys are quite sick sometimes. Haha.
Shared a cab with Wei-lyn and Kriff back to school. We lead such sad lives. By the time I reached school it was 10:30pm? We were able to practice twice, then I had to leave before I missed my last train.
That was Wednesday.
Thursday was my LTB presentation. It went really well. I remembered all my points. I could see Prof nodding her head in agreement and Edwin, our TA, was big smiles all the way. Think he is really proud of us! (: Best presentation of the day! Other groups must hate us. Haha! Prof came and talked to us after the presentation to give us some comments. She said it was a vast improvement from our leadership-in-action one. The previous presentation was just one day after our CSP execution. That's why it sucked so badly. It was also the day I got rashes and started tearing and all in class so I couldn't present ): I am so glad that LTB is sort of over. Now it's just the CSP Portfolio and one reflection left! (:
We had lunch at Skinny Pizza to celebrate. I had the tempeh and grilled chicken sandwich. Nice, but a little too salty. But it came with fries, so I had to give away 3/4 of it. They ordered squid ink pizza and ratatouille too. Tried the ratatouille. Not bad (:
Had biz law meeting afterwards. I think my biz law group is the best! It's the only group that I have been in that when you ask them to finish their task by a certain time, they actually do! Love them! They are my FTB group mates, except Pui Sheen, but I knew her from ACJC (: We've had biz law meetings 3 days in a row. Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Monday is the rehearsal, which means no Muay Thai for me! ): Tuesday will be the first time I will be wearing formal office wear to school. Haha! Excited. Time to look more matured!
ATE KFC ON FRIDAY. Haha. My sacrifice for my phat boy :D But shiok. Fried chicken. Yum! Missed the phat boy! (:
Today, had CT meeting after biz law. OMG. MY CT GROUP FREAKING SUCKS! I wanna roundhouse some of them. ARGH. They just don't care. I bet they're thinking it's just a bloody half mod, which is true, but it doesn't mean your attitude should suck to that extent! Only 5 made it to the meeting eventually. Meeting was supposed to start at 10am, but it only started at 1pm! Waste of time...
Anyway, somehow, the topic came to my supposed healthy diet and training which some people cannot appreciate. It was probably my lunch. It's not all about looking good and maintaining a good figure! Some people will not understand because they don't see into it. I do not want to end up suffering when I am older. So why not take care of myself now? We all have control over our bodies. I have workouts at least 4 times a week now, and it feels awfully good. No feeling like it!
Managed to workout indoors today. Shouldn't use the weather as an excuse! My home gym is still non-existent and hence what I can do at home is really limited. So for now, I'm just following Insanity, which works for me. What did I do today? Hmm, recovery and balance. Am still slightly sore and tired from the past week and all the late nights. So thought I'd keep it simple yet slightly challenging too.

Roasted chicken breast salad.
I still get weird looks when I order a salad at Subway. The cookies are so tempting! I exercised self-control today. Haha.
Dinner:

Soup. I have soup almost everyday that I have dinner at home.
Today's soup had prawns which I fished out from the fried bee hoon my maid cooked, chicken breast, cabbage, sweet potato and red beans. Really good. Even better with an additional chilli padi! :D
1 glass chocolate milk

Half cup yogurt

Shared half a cup of Mr Bean ice cream with Jiayi
2 pieces chocolate
Really really sweet coffee. Someone forgot my order of less sugar!
Tomorrow it's off to CF with the phat people! Then I finally get my soup for lunch, and dinner at Amma's house! It's Kirsten birthday so special food (: And Kirsten's mum is the world's best baker. Best cheesecakes ever. Beats any from NYDC hands down! Hope there's cheesecake. HAHA! Sin.
