26/11

Finally, finals are over! Today was the biz law paper. Was seriously stunned for the first 20 minutes. Only started writing because I saw everyone else starting to write already, scary! It was a common consensus however, that the paper was really tough. Think people screwed up. Heard someone mention they included frustration. LOL. Recession does not equal frustration!
3 hour paper. Funny, that was the amount of sleep I got last night, 3 hours. I was left with 1.5 chapters to go past 2am, but I just couldn't take it. Just so detrimental! ARGH. Need sleep!
I think I will miss biz law ): SIGH. Call me crazy but biz law is just so interesting!

I didn't manage to take a nap in the afternoon. Simply couldn't fall asleep, ended up chatting for 3 whole hours before training!
We did the Fort Canning run today. The last time we ran there, it was simply a run, with some gradient here and there. Totally manageable. But today, with the potential training captain leading the way, it was like up, down, repeat X 100. What?! Every single flight of stairs we saw, we went all the way down and climbed up again. Are you aware how many of those steps there are at Fort Canning?! But so so shiok I must say. I do love climbing stairs :D Though really achy now! What a lovely feeling of soreness! Sean said I am more mad when I'm working out. Job well done Maddie, you beat guys :P Started raining towards the end of the run. Felt good actually. The raindrops were huge though! Felt like mini jabs to the body haha!
Did some combo work on the bags today. 4 minutes each set with 15 sit ups/push ups between each set. I think it was 6-8 sets?
Then it was focus on roundhouse. I can't kick bags! ARGH. I can kick people, I can kick pads, but I can't kick bags with my left ): Thankfully, Ting Yan was there to help me. He made me work on my twists. I'm getting used to pivoting already. I delivered some "deadly" roundhouses to his leg, I hope he is ok. Just now he said when he walks he feels it. Haha! He also roundhoused me ): Just once, and it hit the right area. Crippling. Slight bruise. JUST ONE KICK. Amazing stuff. I must have kicked hundreds of times. Shin is more conditioned now, so not really getting the bruises I used to. Phew! (: I'm getting there!
Ended training with a hundred push ups, sit ups and I did squats for a couple of minutes. Was looking at myself in the mirror while doing squats. How did my shoulder and arms get that way?! Haha. I think it all started with Insanity. Really changed my body quite a bit!

Food journal 26/11

Breakfast:
Muesli + weetbix + oatmilk
Peanut butter toast
1/2 cup coffee milk
Much heavier a breakfast than usual. Since biz law paper is 3 hours long. My stomach was growling midway!

Lunch:

Tried the roast beef sub today. Was pretty good, but I think they put way too much mustard today! Kinda overpowered the savoury taste of the roast beef. I think the amount of meat also not enough ): I still love roasted chicken breast, terriyaki chicken, Italian BMT, subway melt and veggie patty. Shiok. Second consecutive day having Subway!

Dinner:

Yong tau fu + soya milk.
This YTF is supposedly famous. I think it's really pretty good. You don't get to choose what you want, but their liao really quite good. Tastes very fresh and all. Don't mind eating it again the next time I am at Chinatown. Haha.

Supper:
1 glass chocolate milk

I really need some decent rest over this weekend. Am so worn out from 3 hours of training today, especially the run. And also many days of 3 hours of sleep! I SHALL SLEEP! Haha. But I feel like watching Fugitive Plan B with brother now. Oh man!
